Doctorate in Law and MBA from IBMRD, Pune started the corporate career with the Keyshan Cements handling plant HR & IR operations until 2006.
In 2007 moved to SBCL as Manager & Head HR initiated HR intervention of PMS, restructuring grades, L&D. Also held an additional charge for ICS plant a JV with Acelor Mittal & Auerhammer Germany at SEZ, Indore wherein effectively devised entire HR architecture of plant from a scratch.
By 2009, joined as DGM & Head HR with ADHPL (LNJ Bhilwara group) midst labour unrest but within few months successfully handled this effectively and rolled out VRS scheme resulting in Allan plant getting commissioned Thereafter, got promoted ad GM HR with a regional HR role in just six months of joining and was given additional HR charge of Malana plant and 220 Kms transmission lines.
After two years joined GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd and was posted Head HR of upcoming 850 MW mega project in J & K wherein introduced various HR interventions and IR initiatives but as the project got delayed then had to move to GMR Energy Limited as Project Head HR based in H.P, By 2014, took over the responsibility of President HR & Head Manufacturing & International business with GGL responsible for 12 manufacturing plants in India & abroad , During the short stint revised plant PMS and resolved a big industrial unrest of 3000 workers at SEZ, Hyderabad plant by using short Lock out.
