Khandani Rajdhani’s thali styled plated meal has always been synonymous to rich Indian culture and tradition exuberating a nutritious and wholesome dining experience. Beautifully laid out tables with large steel platters, has warm and friendly servers serving food in their special sign language, transforming the empty thali into an appetising kaleidoscope of complementing colours, textures and flavours. Although homogenous in nature, each katori in the thali looks distinct from the other to give you a perfect medley of flavours with each bite.

Some of the delicacies served in the traditional thali during lunch & dinner include Farsans like Mattar khasta roll, Surti plaza, Barsa dolla, Hariwali patra, Jodhpuri pakoda. Sabzis include Surati undhiyu, Jaisalmer panch kuta, Pithod ki sabzi, Jodhpuri Gatta, Sangri ke kofte, Rabodi hara pyaaz & Tilwale aloo. Desserts include Apple jalebi, Tamatar halwa, Akhrot halwa, Doodh pak, Khajur barfi, Dry fruit halwa, Makai jajariya & Sutarseni kheer. This unit will also have a special 3.00 to 7.00 pm a-la-carte snacks menu that includes dishes like Chilli Sev Puri, Tokri Dahi Chaat, Pav Bhaji. Vada Pav and Dabeli amongst others.
