The RAI-TCS Survey - ROBES 2014 helps us set the baseline and work towards building customer engagement. The survey is comprehensive and really addresses the questions the marketers have. It provides a consistent view of benchmarks and would help brands like us track the improvements over the next few years.
The RLS 14 was indeed very productive for Lotus in terms of visibility and networking. The quality and breadth of the various presentations, the discussions and speakers were noteworthy. From a Lotus perspective the round table discussion was successful and very interactive and interesting. The attendees confirmed on the same and also stated it to be one of the most interesting discussion in the entire event.
