KORUM Mall, ​the 7 year old Mall ​based in Thane,​ ​has bagged ‘The most Admired Marketing Campaign of the Year’ Award by CMO Asia Shopping Malls Excellence Awards, at an award ceremony held at Le Meridian Singapore, Sentosa on August 1, 2017.

This esteemed award marks the 51st award conferred ​on KORUM Mall. The mall has so far bagged two consecutive awards for its Marketing Campaign ‘Denim Fest’ held in June in 2016. The three-week fest consisted of exclusive offers and irresistible discounts on a wide range of styles, shades and various brands of denims, jackets, t-shirts and other merchandise. The mall was decorated distinctively with various denim apparels throughout and the event was a huge success among ardent denim lovers.

Sketchers store launchSketchers recently inaugurated its 90th store at Ambience Mall in Gurugram. The design of this company-owned and company-operated store is inspired by a warehouse theme with rustic and exposed finish. The 1500 Sqft store was inaugurated by Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu.

Present at the launch was Marvin Bernstein, Managing partner, SKECHERS SÀRL. He was joined by Rahul Vira, CEO, Skechers South India Pvt Ltd who added, “At Skechers, we are constantly striving to innovate, be it through product design or technology. We are passionate about sports and we offer great choices in high-performance shoes ideal for various intensive and light fitness activities. With this store Globus has departed from its existing look and feel to offer an immersive, visually enjoyable space, and an all-round shopping experience. The visual and functional intent is based on the insight that modern Indian shoppers don't want to decide between Eastern and Western influences. When asked on the need of change in the store design concept, design team of Globus explained, “It is Globus’s intent to adopt a dynamic look for Globus that will capture the imagination of the younger market whilst retaining the core Globus customer.”
