Mohana Sundaram G, is the Chief Controller of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Shantanu and Nikhil, part of Aditya Birla Group, a US $48.3 Billion Dollar enterprise with presence across multiple sectors across the globe, which in the League of Fortune 500.

Mohan has been with the company for over 13 years. Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) is the leader in branded fashion apparel industry in India with market leading brands in the country. ABFRL is India’s first billion-dollar pure-play fashion powerhouse.

Mohan currently looks after the Controllership function, Management Assurance, Inventory Assurance and Taxation for ABFRL, in addition to overseeing the Commercial function for New Businesses initiatives of ABFRL. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for Shantanu & Nikhil which is a leading Fashion Designer Brand.

Prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group, Mohan has worked for Titan, Oyzterbay and Future Group.

Mohan is a Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and M.Com, with over 32 years of work experience including a stint UK. He has worked in diverse roles across manufacturing and retail industries, in the Finance function in Commercial, Accounts, Costing, Secretarial and Legal.
