Cancellation Policy

1. Members who join RAI in a different category must cancel their membership to receive a full refund. This ensures that they can rejoin under the correct category
2. Companies that register for events and wish to cancel at the last minute will not be permitted to do so. Instead, their registration will be carried forward to a future event. This policy helps manage resources and scheduling more efficiently.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fees for RAI’s membership, events, webinars, workshops and other activities.
2. Fees

  • Members are eligible for refund in case they have paid under the wrong membership category. In such a case, the amount paid will be refunded and the member will have to pay the fees applicable as per correct category.
  • Participants to workshops/webinars or other events are eligible for a refund in case the workshop/webinar/event gets cancelled.
  • In case of any member/participant/delegate has paid more fees/charges than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said member/participant/delegate, the said extra amount, if found valid, shall be refunded to the same origin from which the payment is received.
  • In case of failed payments, member/participant/delegate will have to make the payment again within the deadline or before expiry of date of their membership for the year.
    In case of any Payment Error, due to any network communication/connectivity problems, if your registration/confirmation form does not get registered and the amount of USD/INR ………/- has been debited from your account, members/participants are advised to promptly inform us about the failed registration by sending an email to kishor@rai.net.in cc to deris@rai.net.in by writing " FAILED PAYMENT or PAYMENT ERROR" in the subject line and following information as per details given below:
