As per the order issued by the Govt of Delhi, Hotels &  restaurants in the national capital won't require licenses, or no objection certificates from Delhi Police.

RAI welcomes the initiative taken by the Hon'ble Govt of Delhi , with an intention to achieve the motto of ‘Minimum government and Maximum governance' and believes that this will boost ease of doing business for the hospitality  and restaurant industry.
