Bachelor in Vocation (BVoc) with Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD): A specialized Retail Management graduation course for 12th-pass students, which includes theory as well as practical exposure through live projects and internships. This course is currently operational at Ambedkar University, Delhi. Unique model with Industry academia collaboration which has periodic internships which helps them understand the practical nuances of Retail Industry.

BIMTECH: Offers post-graduation program in Retail Management (PGDM in Retail Management). RAI provides industry outreach to students and connect them with RAI member organization for various opportunities like - Summer Internship/ Short term project/On Job Training/Assistance to final Placement, etc.

MOU with VMentor.ai to elevate retail standards

On December 26, 2023, VMentor.ai and the Retailers Association of India (RAI) formed a strategic partnership to address the retail industry's need for skilled manpower. This collaboration combines VMentor.ai's expertise in tech-driven mentoring with RAI's extensive network within the retail sector. The primary goal is to develop and launch short-term courses to enhance the skills of employees in RAI member organizations. These courses aim to elevate retail standards and prepare employees to meet modern retail challenges. This collaboration aims to connect employees of RAI member organizations with VMentor.ai for continuous learning opportunities, short-term projects, and skill enhancement programs, ultimately assisting in their professional development in the retail industry.

MOU with Maharashtra State Skills University

RAI signed a MOU with Maharashtra State Skills University to work together for BBA program in Retail Management in the State of Maharashtra. RAI to help connect students of MSSU with RAI member organizations for students’ summer internship/short term projects/ assistance for final placement etc

MOU with Sangam University

RAI signed an MoU with Sangam University, Bhilwara to jointly launch BBA Retail course. Its a 3 years graduation course designed to provide an industry interface along with classroom intervention.

MOU with Ratnadeep Retail Center of Excellence with the Government of Telangana, in collaboration with Telangana Academy for Skill & Knowledge (TASK)

This partnership aims to equip young aspirants with the necessary skill set to thrive in the retail industry. This collaboration solidifies our commitment to providing valuable skills training in the retail industry. Our goal is to skill 10,000 individuals within one year, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the retail sector. Through this partnership, we envision a future where aspiring professionals receive the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals.
