Gati Ltd., an Allcargo Group company and leading Indian express logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has unveiled a state-of-the-art, tech-enabled surface transhipment centre and distribution warehouse (STCDW) in Bhiwandi, on Mumbai’s outskirts. The 1.48 lakh sq. ft. facility features advanced technologies, a skilled workforce, and Grade A warehousing, providing customers with express cargo distribution operations, supply chain visibility, reduced dwell time, and time-definite deliveries. The eco-friendly, AI-powered facility will also have a solar power generation capacity of 150 KW. The Mumbai STCDW is part of Gati’s plan to establish 12 modern, automated, and environmentally friendly STCs across India to strengthen its supply chain and warehousing competencies
