Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Asia (500+ Employees) by Great Places to Work® Institute. The award ceremony was held at Sydney, Australia.
The retail giant was chosen for its work place culture and employee satisfaction among 900 organizations from Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and UAE. Lifestyle International excelled in the category of Best Large companies (500+ Employees).
The assessment studied various organisations through two key parameters – perceptions of the organisation’s employees and the strength of people related management practises in place.
